LIVE! With Dr Chen 2018

Scariest CANCER...闻癌色变。。。

I just lost a wonderful woman friend yesterday, due to Cancer...😞😞😞

She fought & won the battle with cancer 5 years ago💪💪💪

Sadly it relapsed & came back fiercely!!!
It spread to other parts, from colon, to the spinal, then lung...

She lost the battle this time...😔😔

In job, no one is indispensable.
However, in family, we’re INDISPENSABLE.
The family lost a daughter, sister, mother and wife...😭😭😭

Why Cancer is getting more & more common, as common as a FLU nowadays?

Eg. Steve Jobs.
He died at aged 56 years old after battling pancreatic cancer for nearly a decade.
We know cancer has incubation period.
Meaning that, Steve Jobs already had a cancer in his body as early as mid thirties! 😱😨😰

Be aware, that don’t take health for granted!

Therefore, we must always keep in mind, be responsible with your own health.

Because this is the best action, you show love and responsibility to your family.💖💖💖

My Kids' School Holiday Program March 2018

Weekends are coming🎉
Soon the 1 week March school holidays is over...

Heard a few friends having a short get-a-way family trip to Hong Kong, etc. ✈🎉

For me, I arrange a 'special program' for both my kids this holiday, to 'experience life'...

For Shanice, she enjoyed much '2D1N staycation' @ her BFF's house, which their friendship started from 3 yo 😍😍😍
It's one of the practical way for kids to 'experience life' I find 😄

For Eron, guess what is he doing? Being so serious & focus?

He is also experiencing life by being a little NI lifestyle Ambassador😄
