BEAT THE HAZE! Stay Safe With Immunity-Boosting Food!

Very bad HAZE again!!!

Stay safe & strong everyone, especially for the elder and younger ones!

As this is another recurring episode of haze, and may seem to recur every year or so, it's good we are always prepared to fight for the worst!

Have you ever wondered, during the haze period, some are down with very bad respiratory problems, some are alright?

Do you know it's all boiled down to one-self immunity?

A heart-warming poster from SGH, which encourage us to eat immunity-boosting foods during haze period!

As I specialised in Nutritional Immunology, we know best what is the nutrition that is boosting your immunity as your have the best doctor with you since birth, which is none other than your IMMUNE SYSTEM!

A Healthy Immune System Is Good To Perform 3 Important Function - DEFENSE, CLEANSE & REPAIR!

Hereby, let me add on a little to the SGH poster above!

1. Plain water! As some of the haze particles could be very fine and not been able to be filtered by your mask! As a result, it may trap inside your lung and guess what may happen next? It could cause serious respiratory related problems especially our little ones and elder ones at home! Hence, let's add on Refresh to your drinking water to further enhance the cleansing function so all these fine particles will be kicked out!

So why Refresh? Refresh is made of this superfood - Sophorae Bean, Shiitake Mushroom, Asparagus, Mulberry & Lemon.

What is it good for? Nourish your kidney, bladder, urinary tract and also the window to our soul - the eyes! Most importantly, it's good for detoxification!

2. Immunity-Boosting Food! Increase food intake that is high in Vitamin C, E & Omega-3.

Orange, Kiwi & Broccoli are good sources of Vitamin C, E & Omega-3. Take more plant based food to boost your immunity! I trust many of you know the common food that is rich in vitamin C, E & Omega-3. So I don't address much here.

What we recommend you to add on is some superfood to further enhance the immunity. Superfood that I shared here are more particularly to "plant food which is highly rich in disease-fighting nutrients which can nourish the immune system to boost up our immunity".

We highly recommend you to add on Orchestra which is also superb in its cleansing effect! A little cup that can do wonders!
So what is Orchestra? Orchestra is made of this superfood - Ashitaba & Kumazasa. Learn about their amazing health benefits here!
